Firearms & Tactical Training
EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES FIREARMS & PERSONAL PROTECTION TRAINING's
ARIZONA CCW PERMIT & FIREARM COURSES
Introduction & Information:
Exigent Circumstances Firearms & Personal Protection Training, LLC is based on a simple principal...
"We Train You For Those Times of Exigent Circumstances... To WIN in Today's World!"
The State of Arizona, allows anyone permitted by law, to "Open Carry" a firearm, meaning a firearm that is open to view, and is fully exposed.
As most know by now, the State of Arizona has also changed the law in reference to carrying a concealed firearm, and now allows anyone permitted by law, to "Carry A Concealed Firearm" without a permit (in Arizona) or training.
|
While a permit is no longer required in Arizona, there are many benefits to taking a firearm training class:
- Familiarization with firearms & laws
- Safety guidelines
- RECIPROCITY ... The ablility to legally carry a concealed firearm (weapon) in other states that have agreements with states you hold licenses in.
|
Many states do not require residency in order to obtain a concealed weapons permit and is only availible to those who have taken a required firearms training course and obtained a concealed weapons permit.
|
THERE IS NO RECIPROCITY WITHOUT A PERMIT & MORE VALUE FOR A CCW PERMIT HOLDER:
- A CCW Permit is required if you intend on traveling into 35 other states (can change) which recognize Arizona's CCW Permit, including Nevada which only recognizes the permits from Arizona and 14 other states.
- A CCW Permit is required when entering Arizona establishments serving alcoholic beverages that have not posted a "No Firearms", and under the condition that the carrier is not personally consuming alcoholic beverages while on the premises.
- A CCW Permit, under Federal Law, fulfills the requirements of a background check when purchasing a firearm from an FFL dealer.
- A CCW Permit, under Federal Law, is required in order to possess a firearm within 1000 feet of school grounds.
|
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is still issuing & renewing CCW permits, but has started issuing more of them to residents from other states because of RECIPROCITY!
If you are interested in obtaining a CCW Permit in Arizona and want to enjoy reciprocity with other states... Then these are the courses for you!
